The 2025 Gear Up accounting course is designed to give practitioners the information they need to provide review, compilation, and preparation engagements for small and midsized companies. This course is more than just an update and covers a wide variety of topics including core concepts related to financial reporting and accounting and review services, in addition to critical updates to professional standards. The accounting course also features many exhibits, examples, and other practical takeaways to help you implement the content presented.

A link to access the Live Online Seminar will be emailed to registrants one week before the seminar, the day before, and again the morning of the seminar. You must have the login link from this email to attend the seminar. Please verify that your CPEdge account includes the email address where you want to receive the login instructions. If you experience connectivity issues, try the following: use a stable internet connection; refresh the page (F5); close any unnecessary tabs or applications; clear your browser cache; avoid shared routers or hotspots; disconnect from VPN.

To receive CE credit, you must be present for the entire seminar. We will verify your attendance by displaying four attendance verification prompts for every 50 minutes of instruction. You must respond to at least 75% of these prompts to qualify for CE credit. Each prompt will remain on your screen for one minute, with an audible cue to alert you when it appears. Click the green checkmark to confirm your attendance.
