What is Change Management  

Change is inevitable. Adhering to change management best practices helps minimize unexpected outcomes and provides organized documentation of all changes made over time. This improves the stability, security, and auditability of the IT infrastructure. This short course discusses the importance of change management.

This overview course may be appropriate for professionals at all organizational levels.
