Rob Reider, CPA, MBA, PhD

Rob Reider is the President of Reider Associates, a management and organizational consulting firm located in Santa Fe, New Mexico that he founded in 1976. His area of expertise encompasses such areas as long- and short-term planning, managerial and administrative systems, operating systems, financial and accounting procedures and controls; organizational behavior; operational analysis; management information and control techniques; management training, and staff/board development. He has applied this expertise for clients in numerous disciplines in the private and public sectors, from large multi-national corporations to small mom and pop businesses and various size social service non-profit agencies. Rob has been the course author and discussion leader and presenter for over 20 different workshops/seminars, and has presented over 400 such seminars both domestically and internationally to associations and in-house organizations. Rob is also the course author of more than 20 online self-study courses marketed nationally. In addition, he is the author of nine professional management books; six published by John Wiley & Sons and three published by Business Expert Press; as well as the author of seven works of fiction. Rob has also been a presenter at numerous professional seminar offerings, conferences, and programs around the country, and has published numerous articles in professional journals. In the past, he has been a frequent commentator on the educational video programs produced by Westcott Communications, Primemedia Workplace Learning, and The Professional Education Network. Rob is also the founder, President and Managing Director of Concerned Productions, a nonprofit social issue theater company that has produced more than 15 such productions. Rob has also been a part-time visiting professor of Management and Entrepreneurship at New Mexico Highlands University in Santa Fe where he was instrumental in developing and conducting-as the Director-the Entrepreneurial Institute and Entrepreneurial Forum programs. Rob has earned the degree of Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration and Master of Science in Business (MBA) from Drexel University; and a Ph.
