CE Tracking
CPEdge applies each board’s actual rules to the credits you have actually earned — compliance periods, category minimums, format caps, carryover and new-licensee provisions — so you can take the right courses with confidence. All 50 state boards and 20+ additional regulators and certifications.

Why it is hard
Every board layers conditions on top of the headline number, and they all layer them differently. These are the parts CPEdge does for you — and each one links to the published rule, so you can check it.
Below are examples of jurisdiction rule requirements, not a complete list. Many boards impose each of these conditions, in different combinations and amounts. Look up your own board to see which apply to you.
A single board can impose a cycle total, an annual minimum, a technical-subject minimum inside that annual minimum, an ethics minimum and a separate periodic requirement — each with its own deficit.
California: eight requirements tracked simultaneously, each with its own due date. See the rule →
Tracked separately from the cycle total, because meeting one does not mean meeting the other.
Alaska: at least 20 of the 80 hours each year — fall short and you owe 8 extra hours that cannot count toward the next period. See the rule →
Limits on self-study, teaching, publication and personal-development subjects are enforced as you earn, and each cap shows how much room is left — so you know before enrolling whether an hour will count.
Rhode Island: self-study capped at 80 hours per cycle, personal development and marketing at 24, teaching at 60, publications at 60. See the rule →
Several boards apply extra subject requirements only to licensees in particular practice areas, so your profile changes which rules you are held to.
California: government auditing, accounting and auditing, and preparation-engagement requirements each apply conditionally. See the rule →
Add credits taken through any other provider or system — entered by you, or by your firm administrator on your behalf. Credit is then calculated automatically according to NASBA rules and applied to every regulator you are tracked against at once, so one external course lands correctly in each requirement it satisfies.
Tracking is not limited to courses bought from CeriFi. Your compliance position reflects everything you have actually earned.
When a board changes its rules your tracking recalculates against the new ones, and you are told what moved.
Each summary carries a dated change history, including where CeriFi has confirmed an interpretation with the board directly. Example →
Pricing
CE Tracking is sold on its own, and it is bundled into all three CPE packages — so if you are buying courses anyway, a package is almost certainly better value.
See it before you buy
Every requirement above comes from a published rule summary. Look yours up, then decide whether you want to track it by hand.
