David J. Cherrington, MBA, DBA, SPHR

David J. Cherrington was a Professor of Organizational Leadership and Strategy at Brigham Young University. He attended Utah State University and Brigham Young University, where he received a B.S. in psychology and mathematics. He received his MBA and DBA from Indiana University. Professor Cherrington has authored three textbooks and six reference books, including one with J. Owen Cherrington: Moral Leadership and Ethical Decision Making. Professor Cherrington is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and served for six years as a member of the Human Resource Certification Institute board of directors. In 1986, he testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee in Washington, D.C., on white-collar fraud.
