Jessica Silbering-Meyer is a Lead Editor/Author with the Tax & Accounting business of Thomson Reuters. Jessica is the Managing Editor of the Journal of International Taxation and the Journal of Multistate Taxation and Incentives. Jessica holds a J.D. degree from Hofstra University School of Law and an M.B.A. in Finance from Hofstra University School of Business. Jessica is a member of the New York Bar. Jessica's prior experience includes working at several Big Four firms in the international tax services field, specializing in hedge funds, private equity funds and corporations.
